About US
Mission Statement
The Asia Innovation Hub (AIH), in partnership with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center (NEC), is a non-profit educational institution co-founded by Taiwan Eastbound Alliance Landing America (TeaLA) and National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Management. AIH's mission is to enhance inclusion, diversity, and access to Nasdaq's global capital markets for publicly traded and emerging innovative companies in the Asia-Pacific region. In one short slogan, "Accelerate to Nasdaq" for a better global growth.

Target Service Market
Publicly Traded Companies
For companies publicly traded on major Asian stock exchanges that are expanding into markets outside their home countries and have established a U.S.-based subsidiary, there may be a need to pursue a dual listing on Nasdaq or to consider a public offering of their U.S. subsidiaries on Nasdaq. Kura Sushi USA (Nasdaq: KRUS) is a notable example. Spun off from Tokyo-based Kura Sushi Inc. (TYO: 2695), the company went public on July 31, 2019, selling 2.9 million shares at $14 per share, raising over $40 million in gross proceeds on Nasdaq. Its market capitalization reaches its high of $1.30 billion in March 2024.

Growth Companies
Emerging and scale-ups in sectors, such as fintech, biotech, AI, hyper security, climate tech, green tech, aerospace & defense, advanced manufacturing, renewable/recyclable energy, semiconductor, hospitality, retail, eCommerce, consumer technologies and other innovative industries.
Entrepreneurs
Founders and innovators from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on those from underrepresented communities with current annual sales of over USD 3.0 million.
Investors
Global venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors looking to invest in high-growth companies in the Asia-Pacific region that have strong global capital ties to Nasdaq.
Board of Directors
The creation of a five-member Board of Directors for the Asia Innovation Hub in partnership with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is aimed at providing strategic leadership, oversight, and governance to guide the hub's mission of fostering cross-border innovation. This board will leverage diverse expertise from industry, academia, and entrepreneurship to drive impactful programming, ensure alignment with global best practices, and cultivate a dynamic ecosystem that supports the growth of startups across Asia. The board will play a critical role in shaping long-term goals, securing resources, and fostering collaboration between key stakeholders in Asia and the USA.
