Dr. Ming Hsieh, Professor, Department of International Business, Associate Dean, College of Management, National Taiwan University
- Professor Hsieh holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK, and is currently a Professor in the Department of International Business at the College of Management, National Taiwan University. She teaches undergraduate, graduate, and executive-level courses in Marketing, Branding Strategy, and Global Business Management.
- Professor Hsieh has been published papers in renowned international journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of International Marketing, International Journal of Market Research, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Psychology & Marketing, and Journal of Business to Business Marketing. Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of International Marketing, International Journal of Market Research, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Psychology & Marketing, and Journal of Business to Business Marketing.
- Professor Hsieh currently serves as the Associate Dean for Industry-Academia Development office (IADO) at the College of Management, overseeing certified non degree programs, including Open Enrollment Programs (OEP) for individuals and Customized Specific Programs (CSP) for enterprises across various industries. IADO also collaborates with esteemed business school such as Wharton, Haas , Judge, Saïd, and Coller school of management, for global enterprise programs (GEP).
- Before serving as Associate Dean for IADO, Professor Hsieh was the Dean of the School of Professional education and Continuing Studies (2019-2023), the Director of the EMBA program (2013-2019) and Chairman of the Department of International Business (2011-2013) .
- Prior to entering academia, Professor Hsieh served as Research Director at OmniTrak Marketing Group, Taiwan and has since been actively engaged in industry collaboration. She has held roles such as convener for the Ministry of Science and Technology's IDEA Project, reviewer for the National Quality Award, magazine columnist, board member, and business consultant, where she plays a key role in supporting enterprises in branding and transformation initiatives.
